Let’s spread the love! Burpee Love! Running Love!
Here’s a love challenge for you:
Run 5 K in a pace you want; either you go after your PR or you run in your comfort zone, it’s your choice.
After you finish: do as many burpees as it took you to run the 5 K (count only whole minutes).
If you want, you can do this whole challenge for time, i.e. total time for running + burpees. Register the time after the 5 K run to know the amount of burpees.
